3 Qualities of a Great Leader with Michael W LeRoy



Throughout his career, Michael W LeRoy has been described as a fantastic leader. Even at a young age, Michael W LeRoy could be described as an individual able to effectively lead others while fostering camaraderie in a supportive environment. Before becoming a legal professional, Michael W LeRoy consistently excelled in his collegiate studies and graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law. In Michael W LeRoy’s experience working with others, he has identified three qualities every great leader possesses.

·         Communication. Michael W LeRoy knows that every great leader needs to be able to communicate effectively to others. Whether in a casual interaction or a professional atmosphere, the ability to communicate effectively is essential to become a great leader. In Michael W LeRoy’s profession as a lawyer, the ability to communicate effectively is an essential tool used on a daily basis.
·         Accountability. Accountability is another essential quality that every great leader possesses. In Michael W LeRoy’s experience, being accountable for decisions made shows an extreme level of integrity and commitment to ongoing improvement. Great leaders know that there is always room for improvement. In Michael W LeRoy’s opinion, becoming a great leader includes holding yourself accountable for good, as well as bad,  decisions.
·         Sense of humor. Great leaders are able to build cohesive teams that respect one another and work collaboratively to accomplish a common goal. Michael W LeRoy believes that the process of building teams and establishing rapport with others requires a sense of humor. Outstanding leaders know that having a sense of humor is a great way to engage the team in conversation while motivating team members to enthusiastically accomplish goals.
