Throughout
his career, Michael W LeRoy has been described as a fantastic leader. Even at a
young age, Michael W LeRoy could be described as an individual able to

environment. Before becoming a legal professional, Michael W LeRoy consistently
excelled in his collegiate studies and graduated with honors from the Florida

LeRoy’s experience, being accountable for decisions made shows an extreme level
of integrity and commitment to ongoing improvement. Great leaders know that
there is always room for improvement. In Michael W LeRoy’s opinion, becoming a
great leader includes holding yourself accountable for good, as well as
bad, decisions.

to accomplish a common goal. Michael W LeRoy believes that the process of
