Find a Mentor

Take Notes on Everything You Learn

Michael W LeRoy says that another incredibly important thing for young associates to do is to take as many notes as possible, on an ongoing and regular basis.  Michael W LeRoy says that these notes will be a valuable resource for solidifying one’s foundation upon which a strong legal career can be built.

Work As Hard As You Can

Ultimately, Michael W LeRoy says that the most important thing you can as a new associate is work as hard as you possibly can. Michael W LeRoy says that the partners of most law firms are looking for associates who are willing to put in the time and effort to make an impact.
